Jersey Hooker Stripers 11/6/13
11/6/13 Epic Bite Stripers .....
Left super early Had Bill and his Wife Elaine aboard for their private charter Bill is a avid surf fishermen that wants to get into boating and thought there is no better way then taking his wife out on a private charter...... Well i pointed her north and and in a little under a hour we were @ the spot I read some birds to the north and made a quick move .. bass boiling on tom of the water all over the place just epic like a national geographic video .... We threw poppers plugs and jigs for 15 minuets and spoke with another charter captain that had no success so frustrated as hell i broke out the Sportfish Products Sand Eel rigs and started trolling we caught fish after fish after fish but the problem was ever 10 fish was a keeper .. the bite lasted maybe 2 hours and then all of the yahoos were coming out .... we headed over to another spot and did some jigging with no luck tried trolling a few more times by this time it was time to call it quits 40++ bass 4 keeps .... Still a great day with the lack of keepers !!!! Dates still available call Capt Rich 732-688-8804
