I tagged more than 7,500 fish in NJ with ALS tags and 236 fish were recaptured in 11 different states. Fish tagging is very interesting. You need a permit to tag fish in NJ fresh water. Check out //www.littoralsociety.org.

Thanks guys as iwould only be mainly targeting stripers to tag to key on who stays the season who goes north or south when and where the majority of my fish go from where i target them. Will be nice to see how many miles they have on their fins and can appreciate letting them live even more . Im sure its not easy being a bass
