Default FISHERMEN/Saturday Morning Stripers...

Covered all bases today with Clamming, some jigging and eeling. Clamming was not good as we were attacked by some huge Sea Robbins. Took a bit to get some outgoing on the change so we went jigging for an hour. Plenty of Blues but no Stripers on the jigs.

Finished the day in the current fishing with the eels. Zachary Getz, Easton,PA landed his first keeper Striped Bass at 36 inches, 22 pounds and taking the pool. Had a Father and son team land two beauties also.

Lost several nice fish for the short bite that we did have. Plenty of bait around, a couple good cold fronts and I'm sure things will pick up. Still a great day on the water.
Sailing everyday and every night now.

Thanks,
Capt. ron
