Hey guys heard a rumor that the fluke season was extended to the 26th. Has anyone else heard this?

No but I would love to see them open the winter Flounder season. This is BS there should be a fall season for those fish. I only wished they would change the openings & closings on that fishery. We need something to take up the slack between all the openings & closings of the Sea Bass etc. There are some real nice winter Flounder out there right now a total shame.

IMO, they should have closed it September 3 (the day after Labor day). It was nothing but down hill after that.

Those guys that caught the 13.5 and 17 pounder might disagree with that.
