Default Steamed Mahi (poor mans lobster)

I got the basis of this recipe online and it turned out pretty good so I'd like to share it with you guys.

Cut mahi filets into 2-3" wide portions, season with salt and pepper.
Bring a bottle of dark beer to a boil, I used magic hat
Add fresh lemon juice, and I threw the squeezed lemon into the boiling pot.
Drop in a vegetable steaming bowl to the boiling beer and add mahi filets. Let steam covered for 5-10 minutes. Do not overcook or they will become rubbery.
On the stove top I melted butter and added fresh diced garlic and fresh chopped parsley.
Pour sauce over steamed mahi on serving dish or you can dip it if you prefer.

This was a big hit with my family down in the outer banks on vacation last week.
