8-22-12 We got the whole day in without any rain,,clouds all day but the rain held off until the ride home..Some wacky conditions at times today with the wind changing direction quite a bit and picking up and dropping out etc...but overall we managed and had the pool fish topping the scale at about 9.2lbs..A real nice fish,,,few others in the 4-5lb.range...High hooks had 3-4 keepers,,some had two,one,etc..No gimmes today though,you really had to work at it to get to some keepers..Seemed like we caught a few on bait but I think the guys who caught the most were jigging..The rental rods had it tough,did not see much in the way of keeper fluke there but they did have some Jumbo Sea Bass that had to go back unfortunately....Check out some pics,,see ya tomorrow,,it looks nice again!!
