Head Hunter Bluefin Report Sun. 8/11
We had a past time customer Doctor Anthony on board for a Bluefin trip.....When our Overnighter didn't come together we were able to put a last minute Bluefin trip together....the referral actually originally came from Captain Dave on the Jenny Lee (thanks Davey). But it turned out the Doc fished Captain Evan for Bluefin down in North Carolina a couple of years ago!
Any way nothing to Report on the Bluefin..... fishing was real tuff yesterday as everyone ( parking lot) was on the normal spot...we ended putting a lot of miles on looking to score but not our day yesterday (Doctor Anthony was very appreciative of our efforts and booked a trip for September!!
Guys Canyon fishing is turning on as quite a few big eyes were caught up in the northern Canyons and there were some positive reports on the yellowfin report as well as negative ones......I ran the "Team Yellowfin" yesterday and liked what I saw on the Billfish front....Our open boat schedule for overnighters is wide open guys but booking fast...so give us a call and reserve your spots...don't forget we are offering a discount for your first trip with us!! Weather looks great for the rest of this week guys....there is a big High Pressure sitting over us!! Let's go Tuna Fishing!!
