Default Mud hole/ monster ledge

Trolled around in the mud hole today for a few hours without a touch, very few signs of life out there, we had a flat of sardines so we went over to monster ledge to see what we could scare up, nothing doing for the first hour and a half, as we were getting ready to call it a day we get a hit on the long bait, nice mahi does a few jumps and spins, then brought boat side for a gaff shot. Had 2 more come into the slick and we were able to pitch a whole sardine to another, 2 in the box. The other one hung around for a awhile but we couldn't get him to chew. Threw everything at him. Nice ride back in calm seas.

Thanks! When we first stopped and were setting up our spread, there was a school of breaking fish, they were on the small side to be tuna, but we were thinking Albies or bonito . That was probably the west edge of the mudhole. There was a handful of boats working the area, but we didn't hear anything on the radio about Albies or blues.
When I was cleaning the mahi, one had a couple baby sea horses in its belly, also some type of bug looking critters, pretty cool..

It was not green at all... Closer to blue than green.. With a lot of sargasso weed floating by.
