Bass are still around....Customer Service Report
As most know , with this heat ,the bass are sometimes a little harder to get to cooperate ...and get on the hook. .Bill Horn , has been doing well in the evenings as he is finding schools of bunker and patiently waiting for the bass to take a live one.. He weighed in a 27 lb. bass at the shop . He and his fishing partner Sean , managed to limit out ....Now on another note.. if you are heading down to Atlantic Highlands to get on a party boat...remember " THERE IS NO TACKLE SHOP AT THE HARBOR"...SO...seeing as we open at 4 am . on SATURDAY and SUNDAY...and you can not even get a bag of ice in the marina , you might want to stop at ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS BAIT and TACKLE....not only are we here for " YOU "..but we will set you up with the proper tackle that you will need to make your day complete. From buck tail jigs , to showing you how to tie a rig and set it up so you have the best advantage to catch some fish...We will show you how to tie a dropper loop, adjust it, tie on a teaser, that's what we are all about ....Oh did I say we open up early???....If you have not been here yet ....stop by ....I am sure we can help you ...Looking forward to seeing you ...Pete .....ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS BAIT and TACKLE

Amazing how the Harbor could let the tackle shop go to hell! So many of our customers who knew they could at least get a bag of ice or some kellies in the AM are shocked that after 9 months, the tackle shop is not open.
We feel like jerks telling customers they have to run back into town to the deli for ice if they need it.....more BS in a never ending battle. I would strongly suggest stopping at any of our fine tackle shops along the way to the Harbor, especially Atlantic Bait and tackle as Pete has been a huge supporter of anything that has to do with this sport. Tackle Box, Julianns....all of us are just trying to survive! Support the Shore.

No disrespect but if someone else mentioned 2 of your competitors that were non sponsors in one of your post I'm sure you would have bitched and moaned. I understand you want to see everyone rebound strong!

Good job on the support the shore Ron. These are tough times for everyone in these communities and they all need our support. Shop small people all of the shops appreciate it. Not just site sponsors ..............
