Big Jamaica - 7-4 Report
7 - 4 Report
We had a very good day of fishing today. We made a couple of drifts for blues but, only caught one small one so we made the switch to bottom fishing. Everyone caught plenty of Ling and Sea Bass. We also caught a few whiting and a couple of small cod and Pollock. Today's pool winner was: Michael Hines from SI NY with a 4lb ling We are scheduled to sail every day at 7:30am. We will continue to look for the blues but, if that does not work out we will switch to ling, sea bass or fluke, whatever we have the best chance of catching. The weather looks great for the next few days. If you want to enjoy a nice day on the ocean and catch fish now is a good time to go. Our night trips from 7:30-2:30. Starting next week we will have a special Thursday night fishing and fireworks trip sailing at 4:30pm.
