mad gaffer this past sat & sun fishing report

we ran out of key port this weekend because of the weather forecast .we had the pleasure of taking Mike Gange on a charter for his son Jack's 11 th birthday along with Jacks friends and thair dads. a few nice fluke were taken along with some big bluefish and one striped bass, also boated were sand sharks , skates , sea robins , and crokers ( a thrill for the kids ) all in all the kids had a great time and we had a great time having them. Sunday's open trip was also in the bay for the same reason , some nicer fluke up to about 4 1/2 lbs and a few blues a lack luster trip at best . but this week we will return to shark river as the weather is improving and the swell is laying down. we will start sea bass fishing again and our open trips again wed. 7/3 through the holiday weekend and have plenty of spots available each day . call for info & res. .
