Default Shrewsbury croakers

Went out in a friends boat and drifted around after the storms passed through. We picked up a few 10" croaker while drifting around the Wind and Sea. Free music was a bonus!!

We caught several large ones by the island and sailboats Sunday as well.

They inhaled spearing while fluking.

Lots of croakers at the southern end of Horseshoe Cove on the Hook. I haven't caught them there before this year.

We went beach seining today. Catches are light. Small bluefish are still less than 2"

Officers Row during lunch. Blowfish and Fluke. More bait stealing than I could count but I was using a 4/0 hook and weak fluke for bait. Many tiny bluefish following bait as it was reeled up also.
I do believe I saw peanut Bunker off of AH marina the other night...
