Dorothy B Sunday 6/9 report

We had a beautiful day on the water but the keepers were not as easy to come by today, well, for most. Tim was on fire on the AM trip limiting out and taking the pool with a nice 4.5 lb fish. Matt also had the touch getting 4 flatties.

The PM trip had a large group of kids and parents on board and they had a blast. The young anglers did great catching lots of fish and we thank them and the grown ups for a good time. Lots of short action but not a lot of keepers.
John nailed the PM honors with a 3.5lb fish.

Overall not our best day ever but that's fishing for you.

This coming Friday afternoon we are chartered. The morning trip Friday will be the normal open boat trip 8 AM to 12:30 PM.

Great job with the nets. Someone was always right there.
Maybe Jake 's hot streak rubbed off on me. Great to see him home from school.

And hats off to Jeremy who somehow pulled off a Christmas miracle and recovered someone's rod that decided to take a swim to the bottom.

Caught it at the other side of the boat as we drifted over it.
Never seen that before.
