Running on 10 hrs. sleep since weds. night, decided to push the envelope and went back last night for some more!!!! Got on the water about ten, four boats where I wanted to fish so moved off to the side! Not much happened till about midnight when the cannon balls started !!! Bait and fish were busting around me so much it was out of control!!! Almost too much in one area to get the fish interested. Fish were blowing up on my lure time and time again but no hookup!!!! Finally I hook up AND loose my first fish of the night!!! MF'er Could have heard me across the lake. Decide to change up to my bait caster, smart move next bite ON NICE EYE!!! Then no hook ups again just fish knocking my bait out of the water as they blew up on it like before! So after a while everything starts to quiet down and I decide to stealth mode and find the bait and fish lit up again. Lost a another !!! many swipes Finally another big HYBRID on!! Def every bit of 5/6 lbs. Soon after BAMN another Beast, Gave me a bath twice!!, once in the landing net and once on the release. Moved back to area where caught the first EYE and bait was so thick was snagging herring almost every cast, got tired of taking them off after a few so decided to leave it on the back of my stickbait and BAMN next cast EYE again!!! Then things started to slow down as the crack of dawn came.
Awesome night doubled up 2 EYES prob 3/4 lbs each and 2 HYBRIDS 5//6 lbs each with several misses and three lost fish, not to shabby for the old guy!!! Yes I did have my back supporter last night too!!!! Solo mission No EDDIE OR JIMMY !!!!! But thanks to them this night was possible!!!!!!! Rolled into my driveway at seven this morning DOG ASS TIRED WITH A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All fish released unharmed.

Wow, sounds like your hooked already! They get tough to catch when the baits stacked like that. How big was that Eye? Did you fish where we were Thursday? That's an AWESOME early season spot. Get em buddy!!!

In the area but more to the left, stayed between the two boat houses almost the entire time except caught the hybrids around the corner heading back to the launch. There was four or five boats there so I moved off to the side. Nothing on the right side and nothing in front saw one guy catch one but I think there was too much traffic there.

Sounds like a great night, sometimes you just have to go by yourself. At least your with someone you like and if you talk they'll listen.

Slept from seven am when I got home yesterday till I got up and went to the diner with my son then back to sleep till nine am this morning!!! Still feel tired LOL!!!!!

Yea i'm pumped for this week already!!! Got a camera this time too!!!!
Long weekend might pull a all nighter again depends on the fish!!!! Too bad I live so far i'd be on that bite EVERY NIGHT!!!!
