I have a shortcut on my tablet desktop to several weather,radar,tide.etc. But this is the marine forecast i use.

This is good for ny harbor/ raritan bay.
If you scroll down to the bottom there are more choices. ANN 450 is sandyhook to mansquan ouy 20nm.

You can get marine forecast by clicking the "bouy observation" tab and scrolling down. The site is based in Monmouth Beach so the beach cam is a good view also. Tide and swell info is from the Hook.

Not sure how in depth you are looking but we're on the water 100 days a year and this site is pretty good.
