Default Canyon Runner Tuesday Bass and Weekend Open Boat Spots

Capt. Dean running the 48 Viking today bailed out what was a very slow trip by staying late and pulling the bunker out of the water and getting the Tony Maja spoons and stretching working. The Bob Bauer charter picked away at 7 decent bass to finish up the date with a last minute bite just now. They were fishing between Belmar and the Rocks. They were struggling up at the Rocks this morning when hoards of blues moved in and destroyed every piece of live bait they had. They could have caught 100 blues in short order but our charters strictly wanted the bass.

We filled up what space we had during this week on trip so we decided to run open boat trips this weekend. 2 Spots are left on a Saturday afternoon trip and 3 spots left on Sunday.
