Lure machine?????

Hi guys my wife was in penn at a flea market a few weeks ago she came across this machine the lady said her husband used it to make lures does anyone have any idea what type of lures this machine makes any help would be great thanks

Looks like a homemade jig wrapping machine like a power wrapper commercially available for bucktail jigs and teasers.
Looks pretty neat!

That's a Fish Hair teaser wrapper. I once hAD ONE, IT'S A LOT OF FUN.
It's worth about $300.
