Default Back(Raritan) Bay Clean up

Out today trolling stripers for a few hours. Brought 1 back for the table. It was good to see 2 barges with cranes lifting boats off the bottom just south of the triangle and by Morgan.

I second that.... When I thought about those boats being out sunken possibly in shallow water was a very scary feeling!!! Maybe that is what got shrimpman's prop???

I was out on wednesday morning at dead low tide from sayreville to round keyport. Nothing appeared to be obstructing my travels. There was actually less wood around than usual. Striper fishing was also great with 10 fish up to 35 inches all on clam. Yellow eyes mixed in

Yesterday at about 7:30 am, one barge was at the edge of the triangle with a small row boat being lifted by the crane. The barge was empty. At about 11:00 am when we were coming in ,the barge had only moved a short distance from where we first saw it and a bunch of bigger boats were now on it. They were still working! In and out we are staying in the channels.
