2 –25-13 Offshore Sea Bass Report

The offshore Sea Bass season is quickly coming to a close thanks to NMFS however, the Sea Bass and Porgies don’t know that. Fishing was very good again on Monday with limits of Giant Sea Bass for everyone on board and limits of Jumbo Porgies for many.

The pool winners were:
Wai Ching Ko from Brooklyn NY with a 7.75LB Sea Bass,
Kevin Cole from Newton NJ with a 7.25LB Sea Bass.

There are loads of Sea Bass and Porgies on all of the offshore wrecks. The fishing has not shown any sign of slowing down so we should have excellent fishing on our remaining trips. The last day of the season is February 28 so we have scheduled trips sailing every night at 11PM to take advantage of this great fishing.
