Default Musky 2/24

Hit the river for an hour or so before the race. Using what I call bacon and eggs (meal worm and pink salmon egg). Got one brief hookup and had another hit or two. They seem to be hitting very soft and were very hard to hookup with I think I may need to use a little bigger hook, been using a #14.

There ya go captain;

Wow, size 14. Maybe an 8 or 10 fly hook thin wire like a Mustad 3906 would work. Winter fish can be tough to figure out sometimes.

I was thinking maybe a #10 Gamakatus red egg hook. I like them red hooks.
