FYI:

Got the letter for the contract balance, no problem, and included was the amendment to my contract that the marina will now supply the only approved dock box and it will cost a deposit of $275.00 to get one.

Haha got same letter also they mentioned that is a rental box and u would get your money back if it is in same condition as u were given it to and then u would get ur refund lol what a joke. also they mentioned no fillet stations or homemade dox boxes or umbrellas chairs rod rack etc... sounds like a prison not a harbor

What's goin on Mike? Decided to make the move to Gateway this season. Floating docks with a 35 foot finger pier for less money and aggravation then past seasons! You have my number lets hook up for a few trips this season!!

Yea sean def.!!! And pretty much same stuff same drama. I think gonna keep our spot this year so how it is for this year but sounds like its gonna be a big drama show with lots of rules. Not looking to floating dock either! gonna be so noisy ahh well c !

Gateway Marina is primarily RACK storage? You got a slip there?
