Default Fried bergals

Did a few with the ling tonite. No difference but in my opinion if it's fresh it tastes like whatever you put on it. If you want fish to taste like something buy it at the supermarket after it sat around 7-10 days. You will know you are eating fish.

Bergall is like a little blackfish but a touch sweeter. Is a big money fish out in Montauk where they can target large ones easily.

I caught enough yesterday to feed a small village. Cut some up for bait and the meat seems similar to blackfish and other light fleshed fish.
