Fun Day of Fishing
had a fun day fishing on the millstone with my son. caught 10 sun fish, 3 large mouth, 2 small mouth, and 1 pike-I think, might be a pickerall. all on top water. also included will be a photo of my sons first trophy small mouth from a few weeks ago.

Looks like a fun day on the water.
That fish is definitely a Pickerel. They look like pike because they are closely related. For pickerel, I look for the verticles stripe coming down from the eye and the chain-like camouflage pattern.
