Default Pt Pleasant, Decent Cheaper Motel Room?

Doing a trip out of Pt Pleasant in Oct and want to stay the night before.
Any suggestions near there for decent, reasonably clean, real reasonable priced, hotel/motel around there? Does not need to be fancy, would prefer not too far from the marinas, I have two rules, no bugs/critters & good tv
Thanks

I have no personal experience with them but I hear great things about Mariner's Cove Motor Inn from out of state fisher-people. Plus they are within walking distance to the boats. In fact I think the River Belle is across the street from them.

Stay on Broadway and you'll be in walking distance to most if not all the head boats and charters. there are at least 3 motels on broadway

Appreciate the suggestions. Fished off a few of the head boats there but not stayed over. Doing a tuna trip in Oct, since we have to drive down from the Poconos we wanted to be there the day before to be safe.
Thanks again

I stay at the Mariners Cove at least three or four times a year. Clean and best rates in Point. Little place close by for burgers and wings, and of course beer. Broadway Bar and Grill. Mainly for locals but have always been treated well there. Good food at reasonable price
