Looking to buy a used/new rod rigger for Tuna party boat fishing so I can fish for bait and mount my rod.

yeah.. $10 for a rod rigger is a very generous offer. better jump on that.
I made my own ghetto rod rigger from pvc pipe and fittings from home depot and it cost more than $10 for parts..lol
