day two, hit the river early and only managed 4 brookies.

hit it again on the way home from my mother in laws and found 4 more. Fish rising everywhere and often, just not biting.

Experienced the same thing on the pequannock yesterday steve. Rising all over just no bites no matter what I threw at them...
