Default Baked Breaded fluke over crab & shrimp

Easy to make and tastes great!

Ingredients

3-4 filets of fluke
Bread Crumbs
Packaged Lump crab meat
Shrimp

Preheat oven to 350

Chop up the crab meat into fairly sized pieces (enough to cover bottom of glass baking pan)

Melt some butter in a frying pan and put in your shrimp..sautee shrimp halfway-3/4 the way done

Pour shrimp in butter sauce over crab meat in the pan

Dip fluke filet in some milk and bread them lightly, place over crab and shrimp

Bake in the over for 15-20 minutes until white.

Could serve with rice or pasta if you like

Try it and let me know what you think
