Default Kayak Fisherman... Show Us Your Rig!

My (old) Kayak (Right, Orange color) is a Hobie Mirage Sport.. some extras i added were my Cratemate, rod extenders for rear rod holders, from ram mount rod holder & eagle cuda 350s-map fishfinder and navigation. I recently upgraded to a Hobie Outback not pictured.. and now my hobie sport went to my buddy Victor.. The middle yellow kayak is Vics old kayak (Its currenty for sale in the classifieds section) Equiped with an Eagle Cuda 242 FF. The other orange Kayak to the left is my friend jays. That is equiped with Humminbird FF & a 35lb thrust (im pretty sure) trolling motor...

Enjoy!

Pictures of my newest rig will be up soon!

My yak is simple. 2 flush mounts and 1 scotty with the extended arm. I made a pvc mount for the milk crate, which I don't even use. Installed a anchor trolley and a 6inch hatch between my legs. I just got into the sport last year. I still have a lot to learn and I'm thinking about buying another yak. One that would be more ocean/bay worthy. Till then, I'll be on my Ok Drifter having a great time.
I just realized this pic is before I added everything except the scotty.

Hey Dirt - nice yak - looks like fun!

how do you deem it ocean worthy or not? and do you mainly do bays/freshwater?

I'm not saying the Drifter isn't ocean or bay worthy. The yak is wide and slow. I want something a little less narrow and maybe a little longer, It would then be easier to paddle or maybe peddle a further distance.
I spent every trip last summer out in freshwater.
