I had a thick fillet and wasn't sure how I wanted to cook it. I created a pocket in the side of the fillet with a sharp knife. In a bowl I mixed raw peeled shrimp, chopped garlic and celery, and Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (obviously a Turkey Day leftover

), I wet down the mix with a cup of white Zinfadel. Stuffed the pocket and put the rest of the mix on top of the fillet. Added a little more Zinfadel for good measure and covered the pyrex pan with foil and baked at 350 for about 40 minutes. There were no leftovers
