![]() Hey guys,
I'm going on to a music festival that my work is sponsoring this week (http://www.gatheringofthevibes.com) and I'll be camping from Wednesday - Saturday. Well, long story short, my wife saw me packing all the stuff for camping and decided it would be fun to plan a camping trip for August sometime. Now, here's my question. Do you guys know of any good campgrounds on the Delaware, or any campgrounds with private lakes with really good fishing? I would like to know that I would catch something, but I am not sure whats up in most spots. I went to Milford, PA one time and the big D was really moving quick there, tough to fish. Any ideas for good camping spots in NJ or on the big D with great fishing? Thanks!! |

![]() Also consider Lake Ocquittunk up in Stokes State Park. Beautiful area with camp sites all around the lake. Besides the lake, some of my favorite fish spots are all within 5 miles (Lake Ashroe, the Flatbrook river and the Delaware and lots more).
I've had decent luck at the lake and you cant beat the setting and cool nights up there. |
