Lightbulb West branch, upper Delaware river info:

For those who like going up there and fishing for trout, just a little info.

Today started the releases from the Cannonsville Dam into the West Branch of the Delaware River. They are releasing 600 cubic feet per second. That bottom release will help cool the West Branch and Main Stem as flows in the near 2,000 have been over 60 degrees. This new plan is higher than the agreed upon 260 cfs release that was planned for June, July and August.

I always liked the WB in the summer months due to this addiition of water via the dam. Fished crack o dawn & eve's with flys on resort property I used to own to turn some nice fish. Some of my guides loved nights for big brns.
