![]() My wife Judy likes Flounder Oreganata so I thought I would make this for her and she liked it. Give it a try.
Ling Oreganata Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs. ling fillets 1/4 cup bread crumbs(optional) 3 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup romano pecorino 1 tbsp. dried oregano Salt and pepper Instructions 1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2) In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil, romano pecorino, oregano, salt and pepper. 3) Put the fillets in an oiled baking dish and spoon the crumb mixture over them. 4) Bake in a 450-degree oven for 7 or 8 minutes, until fish is just cooked. Enjoy Leif

![]() Just made this. Simple recipe. Came out great. Biggest plus was that wife loved it and had seconds.
