Blackfish Parm
I have always veered away from mixing cheese and fish, but a friend made this for me with Walleye, and it was good.
Tonight I made it with blackfish WOW Take the fillets and poach them in just plain water till done ( just takes a few minutes ) drain the fish and put the fillets into a baking dish. In a big mixing cup , mix 1 stick melted butter 1 cup Parm cheese 1 cup miracle whip spoon it over fish and then place under broiler for 7-8 minutes till Parm cheese starts to bubble and gets a little brown. serve next to rice or buttered noodles MMMMMM may even try it on top of garlic bread next time .
