![]() Just took the bluefish out of the smoker, taste like smoked whiting, I went a tad too heavy with the salt in the brine, other than that they taste great.
I never make the same brine, I just run around the kitchen...a little of this.... and a little of that !! |

![]() Take some of your salty smoked bluefish, mix it with sour cream, put on crackers, chase with a couple of cold beers. I wish I had the time to smoke some bluefish!!!
