Default MBP Steamed King Cod

Last night we had Codfish with Broccoli rabe garlic, olive oil and potatoes.

Boy it was good!

leify has some chef in em...try finishing the broccolli rabe with alittle crushed red pepper and fresh lemon juice

Yes, yes. A little unsolicited advice. Well I don't mind. Never to old to learn something new. Keep the suggestions coming. I am sure a few "chefs" have learned a few thing from me.

My Grandfather was a chef. He worked on a Schooner for quite a while as well. Between him and my dad, I learned to cook and enjoy it to this day.
