just eat them babys with salt and pepper in the microwave of the boat your fishing on!! lol They taste the best with the least on them..

Joey, i think i remember them talking about bringing it into the chinese restaurant and them cooking it for them! if im not mistaken..

But you can go into any food store, shoprite, wegmans, pathmark and check out their ethnic isle and they will have a small packet that will actually show you everything you need to do...

I personally dont like tsa anything.. and i prefer my fish without any bells or whistle..

If you want somehting to try asian oriented.. Add the fish to bowl and marinate in some honey, soy sauce, wasabi powder for 2 hours.. take out and coat with sesame seeds..

Then sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes unitl done.. you will be in love!!

My recipe is best. ANCIENT CHINESE SECRET. Kindly Develop relationship with very good chinese restaurant. Then give them one of your blackfish, have them cook rest of fish in general tso sauce.

My place will usually give me some lo mein noodle and rice on the side as well. They tend to be a little greedy but that's what I've heard from most people who give chinese restaurants their fish to cook. They also do a great job so it might be worth it.

If you are near Monmouth County try the Far East Taste place in Eatontown. I have brought both fluke as well as togs to them to prepare.

Outstanding and BYOB.
