Default Any good Crappie Recipes out there?

I grew up in Jersey and am now living in Northern Va. Was curious to see if anyone has any good crappie recipes. I am killing them in a private lake I fish. I filleted them last time and just fried em up. They really are amazing tasting fish. So if anyone knows any good recipes, please share them if you would like. Thank you very much.

take fillets, coat with adobe, old bay, and other seasonings(feel free to experiment), and panfry until fish flakes with a fork. works with all white meat
fish, not just crappie. enjoy.
