GREENWOOD PUBLIC LAUNCH UPDATE: NOW IS THE TIME!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We were informed yesterday that the Senate bill, S987, the NJ Lake Access BILL, which guarantees ACCESS to certain public waters in NJ will be heard at the Senate Budget and Appropriations Meeting on Monday June 12, 2023 at 1:30 PM.

It is advised to get there 30 minutes prior.

This legislative bill will provide $1 million in appropriations for PUBLIC access in certain NJ lakes.

We NEED ALL OF YOU to testify in SUPPORT of this bill! IF you want to ever think about fishing Greenwood in the future....let the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee know this coming Monday.

There may be a window of opportunity to testify either by email and or written correspondence for those unable to physically be in Trenton this Monday. I will try to find out and as soon as I know you will know what you can do in lieu of not being there.

We are all stakeholders here whether you fish Greenwood or not. Your license fees help establish and promote the fantastic fisheries in this body of water as well as elsewhere and in the waters YOU fish.

PLEASE...IF YOU CAN, TAKE A RIDE DOWN AND JOIN US.....help make a PUBLIC LAUNCH RAMP on Greenwood Lake a reality as well as PUBLIC ACCESS to public lakes in NJ.

We are in the process of putting together some bulleted points....which, when complete, I will share.

It has been 3+ years....we still have the full support of the NJ Fish and Game Council.....now we ask for your full support. There is no way we are throwing our hands up....we have come too far through lots of work and your support!

DOING NOTHING IS NOT A SOLUTION.....WE NEED YOUR HELP!
