PROWLER5 - MON., 5/8 - GOOD FLUKE TRIP

It was a great bounce back for our boat today with the fluke. We had a nice comfortable crowd of a baker's dozen and had multiple limits on keeper fluke. John was high hook with 5 ORL. Pop had his limit, Gary had his limit and Bob in the stern had his limit. We also had quite a few doubles today. Big Joe had two nice ones fishing his usual bow spot and he is still leading the monthly and seasonal pools with a 5.3. It was our best day so far with the short action and the keepers. We worked hard today, working the engines all day again. We got our best fishing around 12:45 in the afternoon. We had two nice, perfect drifts. We were very happy to have this fishing today after the slow day yesterday. Sailing every day. See you guys in the morning. P.S. We are doing a special seabass trip on May 17th sailing 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We are limiting this trip to 35 passengers and reservations ARE needed. The fare is $120.
