Hybrid heatwave continues!!!

Still on em… Great weekend of guided trips, Saturday o had James and his dad out and we found them quick but the bite died. Bounced around to a few other spots saw em but wouldn’t chew. Ended the day with 8.

Sunday I had Charlie b ninja warrior and his dad out for a trip. We started the morning off where I left em first pass doubled up thought it was gonna be game on but nothing. Bounced around to few spots some that I haven’t fished in years and still couldn’t see the marks I wanted. Last spot! Went back to where I tried yesterday and saw zero life! Deployed the duckies and it was fast and furious fishing. Got the triple header in the mix so that made me happy for a second. While the mayhem continued we ended up hooking a sea serpent. Big ole pike estimated over 50” biggest I’ve seen. Played him easy but he got us ten feet away from the boat. 30 mins later we got her boyfriend that was smaller then her. Ended the day with 16 brids to the net.Congrats to Charlie on his first…. And rest of hybrids Kids ever caught.

Nicely done!! I gave it a half hearted effort the other day with less than favorable bait. Didn’t mark much and didn’t catch at all. Congrats 👍👍
