Default Spring Striper advice

i will be fishing Raritan bay this early spring for Stripers. I prefer not to troll or use bait. What lures do you recommend for best results. Size, color and weight would be also appreciated. Thanks in advance!

All of the above mentioned, plus I’d add the following;

-Castable (2 and/or 4 ounce) Mojos
-7” 2 3/4 ounce Lil Doc topwater plug (I like Bone)

A new (to me) lure that I’m very interested in throwing this spring is the Nomad Vertex (both them Max and Swim versions)

I have live lined bunker and it is fun. What is "Chunking Streams" ?
