10/6 Bassin!! Their here !!
Headed out late afternoon with a buddy and pops since I've had some maintenance done on the boat. Boat ran well and of course had some light tackle rods with us. Found the mullet which are all over and managed non stop fun on small poppers on the east side of the bay til our arms hurt. Nothing big but fish to 27 inches. Was a great time they are here!!!! Nothing better then seeing a popper get tail slapped 4' out of the water!!!!

Nice report man. Hopefully the start of something good.
Looks like hard easterlies this weekend….  …….and for what it’s worth, I don’t really think I’d want to see a pooper get tail slapped……but then again maybe I do….
