Fishermen/Mondays Beat down!!
The headline say's it all.....I'm whipped to my knees after today's adventure!
Had 8 customers show and I knew with the lack of participation things just didn't start out right! Caught the change of tide and fished where we started yesterday catching Jumbo porgies & Triggers.......no such luck today. Made several drops until the current got ripping, ran into the area we caught them on the change yesterday....another hack. Came back out into the Ocean to fight the current until the end of the tide....Never got the end of the tide but we did find some fish on the last drop for those who could hold bottom. Looked like we were trolling for dam Porgies...Put in some overtime but nothing was going to bail this shit storm out! So, tomorrow I will take a pass with NE and a hard outgoing.....I haven't said it in a long time but, it's a 3 Scotch night!!!! Just when I thought I was out..... Will see what Wednesdays weather brings. Capt. Ron

The effort was much appreciated. I think we covered more of the NY Bite than I've ever seen in one day. Fish tacos tomorrow as a bonus.
