IMO low profile bait caster gets the bait to the bottom quicker . Allows easier drop back to add scope . As well as puts your wrist in a better position to reel lots of fish in deep water . . But still like to occasionally change it up and fish light jigs with a light spinning rod Any of the lighter rods used for fluking bucktails work fine

![]() Jigging World Ghost Hunter Slow Pitch Jigging Rod Spinning 100g is what I have and love it. My buddy has the Tsunami Slow Pitch and its really nice too for less than half the price.
