Outstanding Bluefishing from da sand!

Blasted the blues yesterday from the sand. They hit green ava's and for those who didnt care about their top water baits, those worked well too. I personally had 16 fish in 2 hours with 5 going between 10-12 pounds. No fish smaller than 4 pounds. It was cast, hook, release straight for 2 plus hours. Left them biting. My two other buddies added another 20 or so blues to the mix. Only saw 1 striper caught. Many bent rods at the same time! Hope we can get the stripers going again.

Glad to hear the action is picking up. Bought my sportfishing pass this year (for the first time ever) and have been waiting for it to pick up a bit.
