Default Clamming barnegat bay

Did a late summer clamming trip with family and friends. Had a good outing with over 4 dozen clams caught in a short amount of time. All clams were nice size and clean. Water was a little chilly, but we got used to it. We then drove onto the beach and my friend, who is a chef, made an amazing clam risotto with our catch. An awesome day on the Jersey shore with family and friends

Here is video of our outing. Hope you enjoy:

Awesome report and video! Love the time spent with the family and some delicious looking clams. Used to do the same years ago with my family in Chincoteague, Va. for days at a time while sleeping over in an Open Road camper. Great years I'll always cherish. Your daughter as always is a real trooper, you must be very proud of her. Not everyone would wade out in water that cold........way to face the challenge head on.

Thanks so much!, we had a blast, and my daughter really has no fear. She loves it. Clamming is something i did with my dad as a kid and now my daughter loves it
