![]() Windy this weekend but things calmed down enough to do some fishing this morning. Fished off the Lavallette beach from 7:30-9:30 am. Started off throwing epoxy and diamond jigs and quickly switched to target Fluke. Had a few shorts and then hooked up to this keeper. Exactly 18" but I'll take it. Going to cook it a few different ways, will report back after dinner with some pics. Hope to get a few more keepers this week before last call on the season.

![]() I have been cooking my fluke a few different ways..
Never a complaint 1 way i cooked them was general tsao's way instead of chicken i used fluke. Another way i cooked them was stealing bone fish grill recipe with the bang bang shrimp again instead of shrimp i used fluke. Both recipes came out amazing |

![]() I’ve had striped bass general tso style and it was delicious. I cooked half of mine fried and the other half butter, garlic, white wine and olive oil. Both came out great.
