![]() The fluke fishing this week has been pretty good overall. Except on the days where the driift is too little or too much, it is not as good. Not huge numbers but steady action on fluke with a good percentage of keepers. Julie, who started fishing with us just 3 years ago (renting a rod) has been coming out weekly and getting her limit almost every trip. She just pays attention and is very patient.
On our fluke drifts, we have also been catching some sea bass, small blues, mackerel and small sharks. On our night trips, bluefish have been abundant. So, on the wreckage we are fishing, guys have a choice to fish for 2-3lb blues or drop to the bottom for ling and sea bass. We have also seen a couple keeper cod and still have some squid hanging about. The night fishing has been good overall, this season. Hope to see you aboard Capt Bob
