Presidential proclamations are beyond the purview of congress, that's why Obama used that vehicle to create the "monument" in the first place.

I think the pandemic has actually allowed this administration to do more "under the radar"

These rollbacks are going to be regrettable for a long time while some may profit initially it wont be those that appreciate the environment. It sucks

Doesnt take a genius to recognize how quickly nature cleaned up without the mass of human interference for the last 8-10 weeks.
