Today the fiancé was busy so I had a free day to get out there early and do some fishing, I hit up Nick and Luke and they were both free too so we hatched a plan. Met up with them bright and early, piled into one car and off we went. We got to the spot and immediately it was looking juicy. We all tied on different lures to see if we could key in on a bite and started casting.

15-20 minutes go by, nada. We moved further downstream to the next hole. I was leading with nick close behind, Luke a bit further back, and Nick got slammed by something that started ripping drag, but unfortunately the fish popped off. We fished as far as we could downstream and headed back to hit some of the better holes again. After getting nothing, we hopped in the car and made a move.

Got to the next spot and again, looking juicy. We all started fishing and after a good 15 minutes I got hooked up and slid a fat brownie into the net after a nice fight. Sweet fish, struggle to get the photo though

Made another move and fished the next stretch hard. I managed to catch one more buttery brown before we called it a day. Unfortunately Nick and Luke were skunked, but I really gotta hand it to them for putting me on some fish today. Sorry I hogged them all
